About the Role

• This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product & Project Manager. You will work closely with prospects and customers to ensure their product requirements are met. Your expertise in project management will guide a strong development team through changing deadlines and priorities.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Manage product development throughout the product lifecycle.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Participate in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Identify business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill.
• Work closely with engineering, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver winning products.
• Articulate what success looks like for a product, and rally a team to turn that vision into a reality.
• Act as the customer advocate, articulating user and buyer needs.
• Translate business-to-technical requirements, and vice versa.
• Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Apply agile project management principles to the development of products and projects.
• Build and maintain timelines (e.g., sprints, milestones, Gantt charts).
• Run stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives (if Agile/Scrum).
• Remove roadblocks and keep the team unblocked and productive.
• Document decisions, changes, and risks.
• Main Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in product and project management.
• Experience working in SaaS environments is highly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong familiarity with Scrum and agile framework and methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.
