- Models behaviors to support the transformation of the organization in a new way of work.
- Actively creates and maintains culture within the team, based on agile organization and leadership behaviors
- Provides constructive feedback to team members to help drive a new way of working
- Reviews and manages backlog items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated as appropriate
- Follows GALP standards for project management;
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and best practices to progress the team's work
- Experience working with or in agile teams and understanding agile practices;
