Agile Project Manager - Hardware Development
We are seeking a motivated Agile project manager to join our dynamic hardware development team. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with Senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth execution of Scrum processes.
- Your mission will be to help amazing engineering teams deliver groundbreaking hardware products involving electronics, 3D structures, and software. You will facilitate Scrum events, support the Product Owner, promote the Scrum framework, remove impediments, foster team collaboration, and ensure transparency.
- About the Role:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Assist in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring team alignment.
- Advocate for and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.
- Identify and address obstacles hindering team productivity.
- Encourage effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, aligning individual and team needs.
- Maintain project visibility through tools like sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and other Scrum artifacts.
- Help the team identify areas for enhancement during retrospectives and implement actionable solutions.
