About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized Scrum Master to join our team in Lisbon, working on complex projects for global energy and sustainability clients.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Lead Scrum teams and ensure successful project delivery;
• Develop and implement Scrum processes and procedures;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
• Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and risks;
• Continuously improve processes and workflows;

• Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field;
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience as Scrum Master;
• Previous experience working on Agile projects;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Scrum Master Certification is a plus;
