• We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to spearhead our agile transformation journey.
• Lead the adoption of lean and modern agile mindset across the organization.
• Design and implement agile artefacts tailored to meet team needs.
• Promote a collaborative environment that fosters growth and learning.
• Provide guidance and support to teams during their agile journey.
• Facilitate group dynamics and agile ceremonies effectively.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent expertise.
• At least 5 years of experience in international contexts, preferably as a Scrum Master.
• Exceptional people skills, including emotional intelligence and empathy.
