Agile Project Facilitator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Facilitator to join our internal team. As an Agile Project Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in transitioning teams from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and transition of teams to Agile/Scrum
• Evangelizing teams to work in Agile/Scrum
• Experience working in international contexts
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
