Job Title: Agile Project Coach

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As an Agile Project Coach, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices and methodologies within our organization.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience in transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum
• Experience evangelizing teams to adopt Agile/Scrum practices
• Experience working in international contexts

• Requirements:
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving ability and effective decision-making
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
