About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide our software development teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum/Kanban process for multiple software development teams, ensuring adherence to principles and practices.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization and collaboration.
- Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and address impediments or conflicts that may hinder the team's progress.
- Monitor and track project progress, using agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards.
- Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Continuously improve Agile processes by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are highly desirable.
