Delivery Manager Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced delivery leader who can drive the success of IT projects from start to finish. Based in Portugal and working remotely, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with UK-based stakeholders, with occasional travel to the UK (fully expensed).
The delivery manager will be responsible for facilitating key agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. They will also be expected to remove blockers and support the team in achieving sprint goals and delivering business value.
- About the Role:
- Facilitate agile project planning and delivery.
- Lead distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
- Ensure timely delivery of IT-focused projects.
- Serve as the main point of coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager in IT projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with agile project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal). Eligible to work remotely from Portugal.
