• Main Responsibilities:
• Manage product development throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Participate in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Identify business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill
• Collaborate with engineering, developers, and stakeholders to deliver winning products
• Articulate what success looks like for a product and rally a team to turn that vision into reality
• Act as the customer advocate, articulating user and/or buyer needs
• Translate business-to-technical requirements and vice versa
• Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Apply agile project management principles to product and project development
• Main Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in product and project management and related fields
• Experience working in SaaS environments highly preferred
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Familiarity with Scrum and agile framework and methodologies
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives
