About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective collaboration and communication among team members, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a mentor and coach to the team, promoting a lean and agile mindset.
- Ensure that the team has a transparent work model, enabling seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment that encourages learning from mistakes and fosters continuous improvement.
- Enable the team to reach self-organization and work productively, with minimal interference.
- Responsible for agile artefacts, selecting the best frameworks and methods that meet the team's needs and stages.
- Facilitate group dynamics and agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay updated on the latest agile methodologies and techniques, teaching and mentoring the team accordingly.
- Promote synergy between teams, enhancing overall productivity and efficiency.
- Support the Product Owner in achieving project goals.
- Help the team maintain a clear understanding of the big picture, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives.
- Maintain a motivated and sustainable work environment, ensuring team well-being and job satisfaction.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an international, hybrid context.
- Excellent people skills, including interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, empathy, and conflict management.
- Experience in teaching agile values and methodologies, coaching teams, and team building.
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools, preferably Mural.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
