Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key initiatives in the realm of Information & IT Security. This role presents a unique opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, seamlessly blending classical project management techniques with agile methodologies to deliver exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in successfully executing and managing traditional IT projects, strong experience in agile project management methodologies, and excellent negotiation skills. They will be proficient in English, both written and spoken, and have PMP certification or Scrum Master certification.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Security as a Product: Lead and orchestrate the security organization, driving the adoption of agile methodologies and ensuring their effective integration into security processes.
- ISO Project: Manage the ISO project, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and achieving timely, high-quality delivery.
- Additional Security Projects: Take ownership of 1-2 smaller security projects, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- PMO Support: Provide overarching project management support for additional security-related initiatives, ensuring alignment, coordination, and operational efficiency across all projects.
