Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality software solution delivery.
Coach and mentor software delivery teams across the Turbine Control Software module in Agile practices.
Foster a positive team environment that promotes innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Work with Project Managers and Project Tech Leads to integrate software solutions effectively into projects.
Identify and resolve impediments to team progress, liaising with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs.
Required Technical Skills and Certifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Desired Experience and Background:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager.
Deep understanding of Lean principles, including Value Stream Mapping and Continuous Improvement.
Demonstrated success in applying Agile and Lean principles to enhance team and organizational performance.
Soft Skills and Leadership Qualities:
Expert-level knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written, in English.
