• Key Requirements:
• Hard Skills:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum.
• Experience evangelizing teams to adopt Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience working in international contexts.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Soft Skills:
• Good communication skills.
• Team spirit.
• Proactivity.
• Effective time management.
