Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic hardware development team.

• This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in Agile project management and deliver groundbreaking hardware products involving electronics, 3D structures, and software.
• Foster Team Collaboration: Encourage effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, aligning individual and team needs.
• Promote the Scrum Framework: Advocate for and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.

About the Role

• You will work closely with Senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth execution of Scrum processes.
• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Your Responsibilities
• Remove Impediments: Identify and address obstacles hindering team productivity.
• Support the Product Owner: Assist in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring team alignment.

• Requirements
• Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.
• A true Agile mindset and basic knowledge of product development.
