Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving their goals and delivering high-quality products. - Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining a productive and collaborative work environment, removing impediments, and ensuring that team members have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Computer Science, Management or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Fluent English level (written and spoken)
- Portuguese language skills desirable
