Agile Team Management Role
About the Position

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile team manager to lead our software development teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing Agile methodologies.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile teams in software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and allocating resources effectively
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on Agile principles, practices, and tools
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Agile team leader or Scrum Master, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices, with hands-on experience applying them in complex environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Good level of English (minimum B2), with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
