Agile Delivery Lead Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Agile Delivery Lead to oversee IT project delivery in a remote-first environment. Based in Portugal, this role involves collaborating closely with UK-based stakeholders and requires occasional travel to the UK.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with strong delivery leadership experience in IT environments, confident in managing distributed teams and navigating fast-paced agile project landscapes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of IT-focused projects ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Serve as the main point of coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Remove blockers and support the team in achieving sprint goals and delivering business value.
- Monitor delivery progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Provide clear and regular status updates and delivery reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Promote agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager role within IT projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience leading distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with agile project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Eligible to work remotely from Portugal.
