We are currently looking for purpose-driven, talented professionals to join our growing team!
- Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles and values
- Support one or more development teams in effectively applying Scrum and SAFe frameworks
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Act as a servant leader and Agile coach to support team performance and growth
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and delivery
- Monitor and communicate team performance, velocity, and delivery status
- Requirements:
- 4–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and servant leadership principles
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Additional Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to simplify complex problems and guide teams toward effective solutions
- Strong customer orientation and focus on value delivery
- Availability to work within the European Union
