Requirements

- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working with Scrum teams
- Ability to teach and coach Agile methodologies
- Skilled in conflict resolution and team facilitation
- Comfortable adapting to change and driving transformation
- Fluent in English
