Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing construction operations across various sectors, including office, retail, and hospitality.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting thorough analysis of contracts and projects, estimating budgets, and developing quality plans.
• Collaborating with clients to establish unified strategies, re-budgeting, and setting key milestones.
• Negotiating and selecting suppliers and service providers that meet project requirements.
• Overseeing detailed planning, managing technical information, and providing preparatory support for project execution.
• Maintaining progress monitoring, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring the quality of execution for assigned projects.
• Evaluating compliance with safety and health standards.
• Coordinating communication with clients during project meetings, validating meeting minutes, and facilitating weekly reports.
• Managing progress reports, financial schedules, amendments, monitoring project dashboards, and providing regular updates to management.
• Ensuring smooth transfer to the After-Sales department, evaluating suppliers, and monitoring warranty periods.

• Requirements:
• A proven track record as an Architect or Engineer in similar roles (3-5 years).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer tools like BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, negotiate effectively, and take proactive approaches.
• Fully available and holding a valid driving license.
• Comfortable with travel to construction sites nationwide.
