Novanetworks is strengthening its development team and is looking for an experienced and autonomous C# developer with a solid background in project management. We are seeking a professional capable of leading technical initiatives and contributing to the success of innovative projects.

• Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#.
• Manage software projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with defined requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Plan, execute, and monitor development processes.
• Contribute to the definition of technical practices and standards within the team.

• Requirements:
• Solid experience in C# development and the .NET ecosystem.
• Proven track record in software project management.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks and outcomes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technical leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of English (required); knowledge of French is a plus.
