About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach Specialist to join our team. As an Agile Coach/Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, coach and mentor software delivery teams in Agile practices, and establish a positive and collaborative team environment. You will also collaborate with Project Managers and Project Tech Leads on integrating software solutions into projects and identify and resolve impediments that are blocking team progress.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • - Coach and mentor software delivery teams in Agile practices
  • - Establish a positive and collaborative team environment
  • - Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Tech Leads on integration of software solutions
  • - Identify and resolve impediments blocking team progress
  • Requirements
  • To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Essential Skills:
  • - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • - Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Delivery Manager/Agile Coach; Senior Scrum master or Agile Project Manager
  • - Advanced experience of Jira and Confluence
  • Desirable Skills:
  • - Expert level knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
  • - Deep understanding of Lean principles, like Value Stream Mapping and Continuous Improvement
  • - Comprehensive coaching and mentoring skills
  • Competencies:
  • - High level of communication and collaboration skills
  • - Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • - Open-minded and attracted by an international and high pace environment
