Project Manager Opportunity

• Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead our projects forward.
• As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing project management methodologies, supporting major change initiatives, and contributing to the digital transformation of our company.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and measurable business impact, while maintaining momentum and delivering results.
• In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring timely communication and reporting of project progress, results, and risks to key stakeholders.
• Additionally, you will advocate for new ways of doing things, challenge conventional wisdom, and propose innovative solutions.
• You will map and standardize core business processes across different countries, and lead teams of subject matter experts to achieve business goals.
• Further, you will train and coach teams on the use of project management methodology and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

• Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years experience in an operational or project management role, with training in a project management discipline preferred.
• Strong customer focus, influencing skills, and cross-cultural communication and collaboration at all levels of the matrix organization.
• Proven experience in leading improvement projects, with demonstrated skills in working collaboratively to identify issues and solve problems.
• Ability to optimize and improve processes and systems, with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to extract relevant information and reach sound conclusions from a variety of data.
• Open to change, able to energize team participants, and foster a culture of change.
• Experience in data mining and/or digitalization initiatives is a plus.
