Agile Project Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Agile Project Manager to support our teams in delivering high-quality outcomes.
Job Description

The Agile Project Manager will facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

S/he will identify and remove impediments to team progress.

Support Product Owners/Project Managers in maintaining a well-refined and prioritized backlog.

Promote Agile principles and a continuous improvement mindset.

Enhance transparency through metrics such as velocity, lead time, burndown, and others.

  • E nsure team alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile projects using Scrum framework.
  • Identify and resolve project impediments.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain Agile project artifacts (backlog, sprint plan, etc.).
  • Analyze and report on Agile metrics and KPIs.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager in Agile environments.
  • Certified in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
  • Skilled in facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution.
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, EazyBI, Script Runner, and Agile metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
