  • Role Description
  • Planning and execution of assigned digital projects for the client
  • Defining Project Scope, Timeline Creation
  • Act as a primary point of contact for markets and stakeholders
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with markets and key stakeholders
  • Task Delegation and Resource Management
  • Engage with countries and other internal stakeholders as required to communicate updates on scope, execution plan and timelines
  • Assist markets in implementing services effectively, plan projects collaboratively, and manage financial aspects of collaboration
  • Ensure all functionalities work as intended, conducting quality checks
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, working with the development team to resolve them promptly
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in the Digital field - at least 3 years
  • 2-3 years of experience in complex project management
  • Experience in working with global clients - pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills, ability to handle/solve difficult situations
  • Advanced level of English - at least C1
  • Independence and proactive approach
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Easiness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Being a team player with a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned
  • Knowledge of Excel and project management tools (especially Asana)
  • Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideas
  • Self-control and resilience to stressful situations, being able to handle a demanding client
  • Flexibility in approach - adapting based on the client's personality and the specific situation
  • Knowledge of Figma/UX - nice to have
  • Knowledge of CMS environment (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Magento, AEM) - nice to have

  • Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage, we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates
  • Step 2 Recruitment interview with HR person
  • Step 3 Recruitment interview with a direct manager
  • Step 4 *Preparing and presenting recruitment task
  • Step 5 Recruitment meeting with the client
