We are looking for a Scrum Master / Team Coach (L3) to support high-performing product teams in delivering impactful digital solutions. If you’re passionate about agile transformation, servant leadership, and coaching teams toward autonomy and excellence, this role is for you! ????????

• ???? Key Requirements:
• +5 years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and removing team impediments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I or higher).
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Analytical mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• English level: B2 or higher.
