• Your Role:
• Coach and mentor software delivery teams in Agile practices to improve delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality software solution delivery.
• Implement and optimize Agile methodologies and Lean principles to enhance team and organizational performance.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to integrate software solutions effectively into projects.
• Identify and resolve impediments blocking team progress, liaising with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in Agile project management and software development.
• Foster a positive team environment that promotes innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to sustainable technology solutions in the renewable energy sector.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with a track record of successful implementation in software development environments.
• Experience applying Lean principles, such as Value Stream Mapping and Continuous Improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
• Adaptability and open-mindedness, thriving in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Background in renewable energy or related technical industries is a plus.
