Agile Team Facilitator Job

We are seeking an experienced Agile team facilitator to support our high-performing teams in delivering exceptional outcomes.
Job Description:

• As an Agile team facilitator, you will play a vital role in fostering a collaborative and agile environment. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating Scrum events, identifying and removing impediments to team progress, supporting product owners/project managers in maintaining a well-refined and prioritized backlog, promoting agile principles and continuous improvement mindset, and enhancing transparency through metrics such as velocity, lead time, burndown, and others.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments.
• Certified in Scrum or Agile methodologies (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master).
• Skilled in facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, EazyBI, Script Runner, and Agile metrics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting teams in scaled agile (e.g., SAFe) environments.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a strong plus.
