Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Support teams in planning deliverables and tracking progress toward goals
- Guide and coach teams on Agile practices and principles to improve performance and collaboration
- Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team productivity
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Use Agile project management tools to track progress, manage documentation, and report on team performance
- Coordinate release planning and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes
- Foster strong communication and collaboration within and across teams
- Occasionally travel for workshops, team events, or stakeholder meetings

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Experience managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
