- ???? Ideal Profile:
- Background in software engineering or development (this is essential)
- At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead
- Scrum Master certification is required
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
- Skilled in Agile planning and estimation
- Confident in leading Scrum rituals and managing artifacts
- Familiar with engineering practices like CI/CD, TDD, and automated testing
- Able to interpret and work with agile metrics (e.g., velocity, productivity)
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence
- Supports Product Owners in backlog refinement and value delivery
- Proactive in removing blockers—whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal
- Brings a coaching mindset to help teams evolve and self-organize
- Previous development experience is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and active listening skills
- Familiarity with Software Craftsmanship principles
- Fluent in English (C1 level or above) ????????
