Job Description

The Senior Scrum Master plays a critical role in leading and organizing Agile routines. The Scrum Master has a facilitator role, ensuring Agile principles are properly implemented within the team.

• In this position, you will be responsible for facilitating ART events and processes across various levels of the organization.
• Main Activities
• Interact with teams to deliver value and handle project-level objectives.
• Work closely with Product Management and Solution Architects to ensure strategy and execution stay aligned.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Strong IT-Business relationship knowledge.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
