Agile Project Leader

We are looking for an experienced Agile leader to join our team in Porto.

• This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and expertise as a Scrum Master, working on cutting-edge projects with international teams.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives);
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement;
• Remove blockers and promote a culture of trust and transparency;
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a well-prioritized backlog;
• Track performance metrics and drive Agile maturity;
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to align goals and share practices across teams;
• Support teams in achieving goals through self-organization and accountability;
• Identify project risks and communicate them proactively;
• Encourage experimentation and learning within the team;
• Provide translation support during team meetings (if needed);
• Keep leadership informed of project progress and updates.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field;
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or similar) is a plus;
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development, preferably in finance/payments;
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and hands-on experience in complex environments;
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills;
• Experience working with distributed/international teams;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Problem-solving mindset and results-oriented;
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello or similar tools;
• English – minimum B2 (mandatory);
• French – minimum B2 (mandatory).
