Required Skills and Qualifications

  • To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Solid experience as a Scrum Master in an international context.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in teaching agile values and methodologies, coaching teams, and team building.
  • Experience in moderating and facilitating workshops.
  • Excellent knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and ideally the Safe framework.
  • Ability to drive change and support the team during the process.
  • Experience with online collaboration tools (preferably Mural).
  • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
