Job Description

Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality outcomes through facilitation, guidance, and continuous improvement, while fostering a culture of collaboration and Agile values.

  • Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.">
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress.">
  • Sometimes you may need to identify impediments that aren't even impeding the team yet.">
  • Support Product Owners/Project Managers in maintaining a well-refined and prioritized backlog.">
  • Promote Agile principles and a continuous improvement mindset.">
  • Enhance transparency through metrics such as velocity, lead time, burndown and others.">
  • Ensure team alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.">
  • Sometimes you may need to prepare teams for PI Planning, including dependency identification and capacity planning.">

  • Requirements

  • ">
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.">
  • Certified in Scrum or Agile methodologies (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master).">
  • Skilled in facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution.">
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, EazyBI, Script Runner and Agile metrics.">
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.">
  • Experience supporting teams in Scaled Agile (e.g., SAFe) environments.">
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a strong plus.">

About This Role
">

This role requires a hands-on Scrum Master who can facilitate Scrum events, identify and remove impediments to team progress and support Product Owners/Project Managers in maintaining a well-refined and prioritized backlog.

Key Skills

The right candidate should have proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, certified in Scrum or Agile methodologies and skilled in facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution.
