Job Overview

We're seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our hardware development team.

You'll work closely with Senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth execution of Scrum processes.

This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in project management and leadership.

• You'll help amazing engineering teams deliver groundbreaking hardware products involving electronics, 3D structures, and software.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain Agile workflows to meet business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members in Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks to project success.
• Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and progress tracking.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile project management.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
