Senior Delivery Manager - Scrum Master
This is a senior delivery manager role with focus on Agile methodologies and project delivery.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving Agile transformations, and delivering large-scale projects.
As a seasoned Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and velocity.
You will also lead the development of project roadmaps, stakeholder management plans, and other key deliverables to drive business outcomes.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines is essential.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification (CSM) or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Agile project management
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and motivate team members
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
