Project Manager Job Summary

  • This role involves overseeing the delivery of projects from start to finish. As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external partners and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme manage the end-to-end process of delivery in conjunction with out-sourced partners.
  • Ensure clarity on expectations and deadlines.
  • Escalate and deal with any issues or risks in a timely manner.
  • Manage the fit-out in line with global design and build standards.
  • Plan and manage the refurbishment and maintenance of existing estate.
  • Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Measures of Success
  • Successfully execute assigned projects within agreed costs and timeline.
  • Enhance the supply chain setup to meet local market price and practice.
  • Requirements:
  • Significant project/programme management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Used to managing multiple openings to demanding timescales and tight budget controls.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Customer-first approach.
  • Highly commercial and results-focused.
