Project Manager Job Summary
- This role involves overseeing the delivery of projects from start to finish. As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external partners and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Programme manage the end-to-end process of delivery in conjunction with out-sourced partners.
- Ensure clarity on expectations and deadlines.
- Escalate and deal with any issues or risks in a timely manner.
- Manage the fit-out in line with global design and build standards.
- Plan and manage the refurbishment and maintenance of existing estate.
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Measures of Success
- Successfully execute assigned projects within agreed costs and timeline.
- Enhance the supply chain setup to meet local market price and practice.
- Requirements:
- Significant project/programme management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Used to managing multiple openings to demanding timescales and tight budget controls.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Customer-first approach.
- Highly commercial and results-focused.
