Job Description
- Our ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or software development projects. They should possess a deep understanding of the Scrum framework, its roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.
- Experience with Agile environments, focusing on team empowerment and delivery optimization
- Skilled facilitator for daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and all Agile ceremonies
- Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- To succeed in this role, our ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
