Project Management Officer Job Description
- As a Project Management Officer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the design and development of project plans, ensuring they align with business objectives and are executed on time and within budget.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating the use of project management tools and resources, and analyzing data to inform project decisions.
- Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including Agile. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is required, along with fluency in English and proficiency in French as a plus. Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is highly desirable.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Project Manager Officer or Project Manager.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Business, Management or Finance.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in French (plus).
- Experience with Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence or others).
