Job Title: Agile Project Coach

• We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Coach to join our team. As an Agile Project Coach, you will be responsible for guiding teams in transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum.
• Responsibilities:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong background in transitioning teams to Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Requirements:
• Proven experience working in international contexts.
• Experience evangelizing teams to work in Agile/Scrum.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
