Achieve Agile Team Success as a Scrum Master
Job Description:

• As a seasoned Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-performing Agile teams to deliver exceptional results. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the team's workflow, ensuring seamless communication, and maximizing productivity.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing Agile teams in the software development field, preferably within the payments or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices, with hands-on experience applying them in complex environments.
• Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory).
• Good level of French - minimum B2 (mandatory).
• Availability to come to the office 2 days per week (flexible).
• Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time, if required.
• Must have a valid work permit or legal authorization to work in Portugal.
