Agile Development Facilitator

• We are seeking a seasoned Agile development facilitator to join our global team. As an Agile development facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow within the development process.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate regular meetings with the team, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure timely progress tracking;
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement;
• Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering team progress and optimize processes for better productivity;
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
• Encourage a self-organizing, high-performing team culture through coaching, training, and mentorship;
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvements;
• Ensure seamless integration between business goals and Agile methodologies to maximize value delivery.

• Requirements
• A degree in IT Engineering or a related field is highly desirable;
• At least 3 years of proven experience as an Agile development facilitator;
• Expertise in Jira and Confluence software is essential;
• Scrum Master certification is mandatory;
• Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
