Project Delivery Specialist - Agile Coach

• A seasoned Project Delivery Specialist with a focus on Agile Coaching is required to drive our team's success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project delivery roles, including Agile Project Management.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and facilitate agile teams using scaled agile frameworks.
• Ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies, continuous integration, continuous deployment, extreme programming, test-driven development, and behavior-driven development.
• Maintain high-performing teams through coaching, training, and mentoring.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure team performance.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project delivery roles.
• Proven track record as an Agile Coach with experience in scaled agile frameworks.
• University or postgraduate degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
