Job Title

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999.

We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.

We are currently recruiting professionals with the following profile:

Agile Team Leader (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience in transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in evangelizing teams to work in Agile/Scrum.
• Experience working in international contexts.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
