• Job Description
• As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum events, support the Product Owner, promote the Scrum Framework, remove impediments, foster team collaboration, ensure transparency and drive continuous improvement.

• Responsibilities
• Organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings and other Agile ceremonies.
• Assist in maintaining a clear product backlog, ensuring team alignment.
• Advocate for Scrum principles and values.
• Identify obstacles hindering team productivity.
• Encourage effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, aligning individual and team needs.
• Maintain project visibility through tools like sprint backlogs, burndown charts and Scrum artifacts.
• Help the team identify areas for enhancement during retrospectives and implement solutions.

• Requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level.
• A true Agile mindset and basic knowledge of product development.
• Proactive, practical, team-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Conflict management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello).
• 1-2 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
