Agile Project Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Management Professional to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams to guide, coach, and mentor them in agile principles and practices.

• The ideal candidate will have profound understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and tools, along with certified Scrum Master or Agile certification. Strong communication skills in English (written and oral) and excellent facilitation and mediation skills to resolve conflicts and promote psychological safety are essential.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Product Owners to define product goals, prioritize backlog items, and manage dependencies, roadmaps, and reporting.
• Facilitate all scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensure they are productive and timeboxed.
• Coach team members in agile principles, values, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage reflection on processes during retrospectives.
• Support teams in identifying and mitigating impediments, risks, and dependencies.

• Requirements:
• Proven experience in a Scrum Master role within an agile environment.
• Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral).
• Willingness to travel.

• Nice to Have:
• Experience in scaled agile environments.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or other tracking tools.
• Experience using facilitation tools such as Miro or Whiteboard.
