Scrum Master Position

Our team seeks a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate our agile projects.

• The role involves:
• Leading all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives;
• Removing impediments that hinder the team's progress;
• Promoting self-management, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team;
• Collaborating closely with product owners and development teams;
• Supporting the adoption of agile methodologies across the organization;
• Monitoring team performance metrics and indicators;
• Maintaining a healthy and productive work environment for the team.
