Job Description

A successful Scrum Master will lead agile project teams to deliver high-quality results and foster collaboration in a fast-paced IT environment.

This role involves facilitating key ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. The Scrum Master drives the delivery of IT-focused projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.

The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders, removing blockers, and supporting the team in achieving sprint goals and delivering business value.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Driving project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Providing clear and regular status updates and delivery reporting to senior stakeholders.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a Scrum Master role within IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Experience leading distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with agile project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
