- Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- At least 6 years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments;
- Certified in Scrum/Agile methodologies (PSM I, CSM, PMI-ACP);
- Experience with Azure DevOps (JIRA/Confluence is a plus);
- Knowledge of Agile metrics (Burndown, Burnup, Lead Time, etc.);
- Fluency in English;
- Citizenship or Work permit in Portugal (mandatory).
